When LIFE begins to become overwhelming and you feel as if it's too much to handle-dont fret! Take a deep breath, take a walk, talk to a friend, laugh out loud, read a book in silence, do whatever you need to do to take care of yourself in the situation.  Know that whatever is going on today, wont be remembered in two years from now! Also know that you have control over the way you perceive the situation and have the power to control whether the outcome is positive or negative, as long as you are mindful and conscious of the self talk (thoughts) in your head! And if the situation is bad-alter it in a way to where it brings meaning to your life-learn from the chaos and upsets.  Be positive and head full force into difficult situations, because in the end you will have grown even more than if you had taken the harder, negative route!
